If you need to change the BVN linked to your Cowrywise account, we kindly request that you send an email to support@cowrywise.com. In your email, provide a clear and explicit explanation as to why you need the BVN change. Equally, attach the following documents in the mail you send:
A government-issued ID card
A selfie of you holding the same ID
A selfie of you holding a sheet of paper with today’s date written on it
The government-issued ID of the person whose BVN is currently added
A selfie of the individual whose BVN has been added to your account, with them holding their government-issued form of identification with today's date written on a piece of paper
