No longer have access to your primary device to generate an OTP to authorize your login on your new device?

You can log in with your security questions and update your primary device at any time. Tap on "Try another method" on your login page and choose to log in with your security answers.

Here are the steps to update your primary device to your current device;

  • Log in and go to your profile

  • Toggle under Security

  • Click Manage Devices and proceed
