It can be a frustrating experience to wait 24 hours for your funds only to receive an email informing you that the withdrawal attempt failed. A withdrawal is likely to fail if we do not receive a favourable response from the recipient bank when it is scheduled to be settled in your account.
Another reason your withdrawal can fail is if you withdraw more than your bank account can receive per time.
The good news is that there is no cause for alarm. You do not need to wait another 24 hours if your withdrawal fails after withdrawing from Stash.
What you need to do is log into your account and follow these steps:
Go to Stash
Tap on the red card with the take action button
Then click on retry withdrawal.
You can change the bank details if there is a limit or other issues with the bank initially chosen.
The retried withdrawal will be settled in your account immediately.
