If you received a notification about a recent savings activity, it is because your plan is currently active. When your plan is marked as active, it indicates that you have authorized a standing order for a specified amount to be debited from your bank account at a predetermined frequency. With this setup, our system automatically executes the order without further notification or confirmation from you. Once your funds have been debited and saved as per the standing order, they are invested accordingly and cannot be reversed until the maturity date.
If you wish to temporarily halt the automated savings process and prevent further deductions from your bank account, you can pause the automation feature. Follow these steps to make the necessary changes:
Go to save (the second button at the base of the screen)
Click on Regular
Tap on the said plan
Click on the 3 dots at the top right corner of your screen
Tap on edit plan
Go to Plan status, change it from Active to Paused
Save the changes afterwards.
By following the provided steps, you can easily modify your plan and temporarily halt further deductions.
