If you've noticed that your plan's next saving date is set to a past date, it's likely because your plan is not currently automated. Don't worry, we can easily address this issue and help you set a future saving date by enabling automated saving on your plan.
To ensure your plan's saving schedule is up to date, please follow these simple steps:
Click on the "Save" button, which is the second button located at the bottom of the screen on the Cowrywise app or website.
Choose the desired category and plan that you wish to update.
In the top right corner of the screen, you will find three dots. Click on them to access the options menu for your plan.
Scroll down until you find the "Automation status" setting and toggle it to "active". This will enable automated saving for your plan.
Please note that in order to activate automated saving, you will need to have a debit card linked to your Cowrywise account.
Once you have activated automated saving, you can proceed to change your plan's next saving date to a future date. This will ensure that your plan follows the desired schedule going forward.
