How secure is my information?
Cowrywise was built with your security in mind; it is a priority. Critical customer data is encrypted, rendered unreadable and then securely stored. We do not store your card information, as we work with a PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor to handle all our customers’ card details.
How safe is my money?
We understand that trusting someone with your money is a big deal. That’s why we have safeguards in place to protect your investments.
Here are a few things to note:
Your investments are held separately: Your invested assets are held independently by Zenith Nominees on behalf of savers. This keeps them separate from Cowrywise’s operational funds.
Your assets are monitored: Investments are periodically marked to market to reflect their current value.
Your investments are held in custody: Zenith Nominees holds invested assets on behalf of savers, providing an additional layer of protection and oversight.
