Whether you accidentally relocked funds in a mature plan or withdrew only a portion of the funds, we are here to assist you. Our dedicated support team is ready to address any issues you may encounter. However, it's important to note that prompt reporting of mistakes is crucial, and we may not be able to provide assistance if similar situations occur repeatedly.
You can watch this video as a guide on how to properly make a withdrawal from your matured plan, or you can follow these steps;
Login to your account
Click on save (Select either regular or circles)
Click on the plan you want to withdraw from and select Proceed
Under stop saving, click Transfer to Stash (to withdraw to your bank account, you need to send the funds to Stash first)
Select Withdraw to Stash
Select Proceed and enter the amount you want to withdraw
Set a new maturity date for subsequent savings
Choose if you want us to save for you automatically subsequently or if you would prefer to save manually
Click on Make Withdrawal
Your funds will move from your matured plan to your Stash, you can then send the funds to your bank account from there.
To withdraw from Stash:
Go to the Stash page
Click on transfer and select the transfer to bank account option
Type in the amount you want to withdraw taking note of the fee.
Then use your Cowrywise PIN to verify.
You will get the funds in your bank account almost immediately.
