What does the error above mean?

This typically means that you abandoned the transaction at the point of authentication. This could be a result of not getting the OTP on time or at all.

What can you do about it?

If you did not get the OTP, reach out to your bank. However, if you did, try again later.

In the interim, you can save via bank transfers. Please follow these steps to do this;

  1. Go to the said Plan

  2. Click on top-up

  3. Enter the amount, then on the payment method click switch and select bank transfer.

  4. A temporary account number will be generated for you.

  5. Proceed to make payment to the account number immediately as it expires after 20 minutes.
