What does the error above mean?
It means that your card is not registered on the OTP platform by your Bank.
What can you do about it?
You need to reach out to your bank to register your card to generate Tokens (OTPs).
In the interim, you can save via bank transfers. Please follow these steps to do this;
Go to the said Plan
Click on top-up
Enter the amount, then on the payment method click switch and select bank transfer.
A temporary account number will be generated for you.
Proceed to make payment to the account number immediately as it expires after 20 minutes.
